Thank you for choosing The Poshest Pooch! Please read and accept our service agreement. 
If the service agreement is not signed, your service request will be denied. 

  • We do ask that you be patient as we do ask for a 1-hour window before and after your scheduled groom time as some grooms tend to take a little longer. We are a mobile grooming company, and we will try to be as punctual as we can but will notify the customer if a major delay will affect the appointment.

  • IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR GROOM, YOU MUST NOTIFY YOUR GROOMER BEFORE YOUR GROOMER LEAVES THE PREMISES. Please notify your groomer on site of any dissatisfaction with the services provided. We aim to provide the best service possible and will try our best to accommodate any request to the best of our abilities.

  • We are a fully Mobile grooming business; upon arrival your groomer will notify you via text and or phone call when they arrive and when your fur baby is finished. If we do not receive communication in a timely manner when your groomer arrives, we will cancel the groom and you will need to reschedule.

  • If your pet/pets are matted in any form, a de-matting/ matting fee will be/ may be attached to the cost of your groom at the groomer’s discretion of up to $150 (depending on the nature of the matting). Also, minor cuts/ clipper burns could possibly occur because of your pet/ pets being matted. If this occurs your pets will be treated, and you will be notified. If this occurs because of your pets being matted, The Poshest Pooch is not liable, there will be no refunds or discounts. 

  • We accept Credit and debit as a form of payment for your groom. Please be prepared with payment when your fur baby is ready for pick up.

  • WE DO NOT DE-MAT THE POODLE BREED AT ALL. If your poodle breed is matted, they will need to be shaved down and their coat started over with regular grooming. Matting fees will apply up to $150. If you choose not to shave your pet, we will decline grooming.

  • Please cancel your groom at least 6-8 hours prior to services, if not a $35 no show/cancellation fee will be added to the next service.

  •  All dogs must be leashed and will be escorted by the groomer from the owner to and from the van. Please do not approach the van during a groom as this can cause your pet to become stressed and delay the grooming session. We will notify via text or call if an emergency or any questions arise.

  • We do not have the authority to diagnose or treat a pet for any illness. We reserve the right to stop the groom if the dog becomes distressed or compromises the safety of the groomer or themselves. We will notify the owner of any discomfort or signs of irritation.

  • Please keep your phone nearby, your groomer will call/text when your groom is complete and ready for your pet to be picked up. If your pet/pets are not picked up within 1 hour of your ready notice delay of service fee may apply.

  • The Poshest Pooch reserves the right to decline any customer or pet for any reason, we see fit. We do not discriminate due to breed but will deny any pet that shows aggression or compromises the safety of the groomer. We may need to take steps to subdue the dog and restrain them. We are not liable for any injuries caused by aggressive dog behavior.

  • All pets are water bathed unless otherwise specified. Your groom time is typically between 30 minutes to 1 hour unless otherwise specified. We use high velocity dryers so that your pets are completely dry when they are handed back to you.
